ORDERS

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay. 

How Do I Change My Order?

How Do I Cancel My Order?
Please contact our customer service department as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order by email at hi@kxboyz.com. You may cancel your order at any time before the product ships. Please note that orders are processed as soon as they enter our system, as a result we cannot guarantee we can cancel your order if the cancellation request is not made within a day of the order.

I haven’t received a confirmation email after ordering / registering /shipment
Please check your junk / spam box, most of the time emails are misplaced into there. It’s also possible that you entered the wrong email address.

If you still have problems please email us at hi@kxboyz.com stating your contact details, date of the order and items purchased.


SALES TAX

Sales Tax will be charged for orders when relevant, this is dependent on the country of destination and in some cases the sales value. Sales tax will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process.

You will be responsible for all import tariffs and duties which may be levied by your customs or government or other authority upon any parcel we send to you. Please note: taxes/duties are calculated based on the original retail price of the items in your order and does not include any discounts or promotions.


RETURNS

If you have received damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped merchandise, please return the *qualifying product within 30 days of receipt following the return instructions below.

To initiate the return, please email us at hi@kxboyz.com with the following details:

  • Order confirmation number
  • Your mailing address
  • Your phone number
  • Description of what you are returning and reason why

PLEASE NOTE: YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SHIPPING CHARGES FOR YOUR RETURN.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON THE FOLLOWING ITEMS:

  • Any apparel item that has obvious signs of use
  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error
